Tyler Gregory is a local original musician who has a powerful presence.  He is a storyteller, song writer performer with the ability to create a great energy.  Tyler plays a mixture of roots, blues and Americana music.  He is an entertainer who connects with his audience with stories and energy.

MUSIC – The Hot Toe Pickers

Join us for an evening of live music with The Hot Toe Pickers!  They will provide an evening of great music.  The band performs Americana, Country, Roots and Blues music by various artists such as The Marshall Tucker Band, Merle Haggard, Pure Prairie League, Keb’ Mo’, Glen Campbell, Neil Young, The Grateful Dead, Creedence Clearwater Revival, John Prine, Allman Brothers, and more. The band also performs a handful of original songs as well.

MUSIC – Ryan Manuel

Join us for some GREAT live music from Ryan Manuel on Friday February 18th from 6:30 – 9:30pm.  We’re happy to have Ryan return to Compass Point home of Dirty Girl Adventures to entertain you!   Ryan is a singer-songwriter based in Lawrence, Kansas who has a heart of gold to go with his golden voice.

MUSIC – Whiskey Mash Band

Join us Friday February 4th from 7-10pm  for some high energy entertainment from the Whiskey Mash Band.   We are SUPER excited to bring this FUN group to Compass Point for you!

This high velocity bluegrass group from Kansas City, MO thrives on improvisation and genre-bending around core bluegrass instrumentation: guitar, mandolin, (bumpin’) upright bass and banjo.  At a live performance, expect to see them effortlessly step in and out of a mix of Americana, country, traditional, R&B, blues and psychedelic music.

The group draws on their collective musical inspirations and aspirations to put together an energizing unique and fun performance fit to turn any occasion into a once-in-a-lifetime party.

Join us for a Cosmic Christmas Concert on third Friday December 17th from 6:30-9:30.  Jenna and Martin are talented singer song writers and we are excited to have them return to Compass Point for this special Cosmic Christmas Concert!

JENNA Rae & MARTIN Farrell Jr.  create classic country sounding music in a new way collaborating on a genre they call “Cosmic Western”. This music incorporates bluegrass techniques, gospel harmonies, rock rhythms and experimental classic country sounds. Martin makes his telecaster guitar and pedal steel guitar speak like a dog, kitten, truck, chicken or whatever the song requires. Creating a wall of rockin’ sound they take their listeners on a Cosmic Western journey with old-timey sounding music and real-life storytelling.

Join us inside the Backroom Bar at Compass Point for LIVE MUSIC with the Gary McKnight Trio! They will be slinging songs and stories on First Friday December 3rd between 6-9pm.

The Backroom Bar at Compass Point is comfy and space is limited, it’s like a concert in your living room.  The bar is open and we provide table service.

Elexa’s original songs and familiar favorites will turn on your senses with true musical artistry, honey-smooth vocals, and engaging storytelling.​  She is an award-winning songwriter and skilled entertainer, Elexa Dawson leads with her powerful voice that’s been compared to warm honey mixed with Flint Hills prairie dirt.

“Music is Medicine” titles her 2019 studio album and names her life’s purpose. Elexa is a Potawatomi community activist, student of sustainable agriculture, workshop facilitator, and mother of two future matriarchs.
