Journey to Wholehearted Living in 2022!
“Wholehearted living is about engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness. It means cultivating the courage, compassion and connection to wake up in the morning and think No matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough. It’s going to bed at night thinking, Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn’t change the truth that I am brave and worthy of love and belonging.” – Brene Brown, Gifts of Imperfection Join Dirty Girl Adventures on a special journey to develop a map that will lead you to wholehearted living during 2022. This 4 week class will focus on 10 strategies that we can implement to live fully, and generate self-awareness and self-acceptance. The class includes 4 group sessions at Compass Point. There will be reading, journaling and other self-reflection activities to guide you along your journey, and safe opportunities to discuss these issues with others in the group.
