Wholehearted Living

Journey to Wholehearted Living in 2022!

“Wholehearted living is about engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness.  It means cultivating the courage, compassion and connection to wake up in the morning and think No matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough.  It’s going to bed at night thinking, Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn’t change the truth that I am brave and worthy of love and belonging.”

          – Brene Brown, Gifts of Imperfection

Join Dirty Girl Adventures on a special journey to develop a map that will lead you to wholehearted living during 2022.  This 4 week class will focus on 10 strategies that we can implement to live fully, and generate self-awareness and self-acceptance.

The class includes 4 group sessions at Compass Point.  There will be reading, journaling and other self-reflection activities to guide you along your journey, and safe opportunities to discuss these issues with others in the group.

Art and craft activities will help you move what you have learned from your head to your heart, through your hands.  The art you create will serve as a daily reminder throughout 2022 to keep you on the right path.

Journey to whole-hearted living in 2022 will pull knowledge and information from Brene Brown, Kristen Neff, Rachel Hollis and many other teachers of self-improvement.

This class includes 12 hours of support, guidance and encouragement as well as opportunities to share and discuss your thoughts, ideas and worries.

Class times:  4 Sundays March 6, 27 and April 3, 24

Location:  Compass Point home of Dirty Girl Adventures
